Elder Abuse Awareness Day

On behalf of the FBICLECAAA, in collaboration with the FBI Cleveland, we are pleased to invite you to the World Elder Abuse Awareness Day event!

 

This nationwide virtual watch party will help raise awareness about an extremely important issue. The focus will be on educating community members about elder abuse prevention, recognizing the warning signs, and providing available resources and ways we can work together to support and protect older adults.

 

This event will take place on Monday, June 15th, from 2:00-3:00pm and be hosted at the FBI Cleveland office located at 1501 Lakeside Avenue.

 

A subject matter expert from the FBI Cleveland will be available after the video presentation to answer questions.

 

As an alumnus, you may bring up to 3 guests.  Please RSVP with your name, your guest's name, and date of birth to cos.cv@fbi.gov by Thursday, June 12th.

 

Please plan to arrive at 1:30pm to allow time to park and get through security.

MISSION

The FBI Cleveland Citizens Academy Alumni Association (FBICLECAAA) is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization that supports local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies.

The goal of the FBICLECAAA is to promote public safety and security through its two pillars of Community Engagement/Awareness and Education/Training which promote a greater understanding of the FBI mission by organizing various community programs.


The FBI Cleveland Citizens Academy Alumni Association is a nonprofit organization separate and apart from the FBI.
